We offer local deliver in the Perth Metro Area and ship all over the state of Western Australia and South Australia.
SHIPPING POLICY
Yes we do ship all over the county but Perths location makes it less feasible to ship to the Eastern States such as Queensland, NSW, VIC, TAS. Please contact me if you would like builder recommendations in each of these states.

To avoid damages products are required to be crated and packaged. Crates are custom built in house. Depending on the order size, crates range in price from $50 - $300 + GST and is in addition shipping cost.

Shipping is through our preferred supplier MAINFREIGHT. Though We're happy to facilitate pickups if organised independently by the customer.

Shipping rates depend on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected. These will be quoted prior to deposit being paid

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.

We provide tracking information for all orders, which you can access via MAINFREIGHT website or the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for reshipping the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
WARRENTY POLICY

We know that our products are used for hire or in places of high traffic areas. Please note that our warranty period does not cover damage caused by any third party damage such as dropping, wind damage, improper transport, improper installation or by general hire wear and tear over time.

General paint & primer applied by LeightonBuilds is not covered by warranty.

Clients who opt for professionally applied automotive 2 pack paint are covered by 3 month warranty on defects with the paint manufacture only. Damages aren't covered under warranty.

We guarantee that our pieces are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 month from the date of delivery.

If you notice any defects in your build within 3 months of delivery, please contact us immediately.

We will work with you to determine the nature and extent of the defect, and will either repair or replace the product, depending on the severity of the issue.

If the defect is minor, we may offer a repair or a discount on a future purchase, at our discretion.

If you suspect that your build has a defect, please provide us with detailed photos and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.

Please inspect your build thoroughly upon delivery and before signing for it. If you notice any damage or defects, please note them on the delivery receipt and take photos of the issue before signing.

If you notice any defects after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin the warranty process.
